hey im brand new to these forums and would just like to get to know some people here. Im 14, Avid reader, play alota sports and lift weights. But somehow nothing compares to picking up a great read. I just finished up The Odyssey and the Iliad.

and am right now am reading the graphic novel A History if Violence and The Bedford Boys
 
Hi, Welcome. Congrats on finishing both The Odyssey and The Iliad. That is an ambitious project if you were reading them one after the other (or concurrently). I really enjoyed both, I just took a few years off in between them.

I can't believe that you have read both The Odyessey and The Illiad and that you are 14 to boot :eek: At 14, I had read Jane Eyre, but nothing else much beyond that. There seems to much more quality fiction for teens around now.:cool:
