Hello

Welcome to the forum.
You can be sure that you'll find something to read by being here, only problem is finding the time to read it all.
Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Currently, I am reading The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck. However, I am unable to find a post about it here.

Merry Christmas and happy new year to all.

Merry Christmas! And you can just make a post about the book in "general Book Disscussion" or even nominate it for books of the month in "Suggestions"! :D

Welcome to the book forum and a Merry Christmas! :) By all means start a new thread; seeing as it's Christmas we'll waive the rule that says you have to be a member for two years before you can do that. ;) :D

Well, a new topic for discussion. Go into the area you think your topic would fit best in, eg Fiction. Near the top left of the screen there is a button called "New Thread". Click on that, and you will be taken to a screen where you can put the title for your thread and then post your message. Easy peasy! :)

Hi there welcome!

Why did "The Five People You Meet In Heaven" gave you so such pleasure reading it? I seldom read *twice* of anything, so either you're really enjoying yourself, or you're looking for anagrams of your name in the book.

:D

That is probably because I am a cosmologist so I like to read about heavens and the universe. Above all, the book is really cleverly written. There are some very interesting aphorisms within the book. :)

In theory, a cosmologist studies the physical universe considered as a totality of phenomena in time and space. However, I also study about the "beyond" of that, which deals a bit with philosophy...

Wow, that sounds so interesting :) Welcome to the forum!

Hey Universe!
Welcome here. I'm thinking of reading "The Grapes of Wrath" sometime soon, so I'd like to know your opinions about it, somewhere on this forum. :)
