I did, however, work second shift once and thought that was great but it's not condusive to having fun with your friends who work 1st.

Almost all of my friends work in Fire or EMS, so everyone is understanding of everyone else's schedule. You'd be surprised how many of us have whole stretches of time off together. Tomorrow four of us are spending the day at a winery, and not a single one of us has to take personal time to do it. The few 9-5ers I'm friends with are fine too. I sleep while they work. They sleep while I work. The only problem that I run into is that I can't go to the bar as often as some of my friends.

kinda dumb to get into a legal argument with a cop and then play ball against him, that must suck, i feel ALMOST sorry for that fellow (sp?).

Nah. The lady's a total jerk. The cop shot the woman's dog for a VERY good reason EIGHT YEARS AGO. The woman, her family, and half of the town just won't let it go.
