My name is Thelma, and I just started reading "The DaVinci Code." I want to meet other lovers of books and fiction, and to get information about awesome books out there.

Well, being new I would not know that, now would I?? Thank you for your friendliness, though. Now, where is that "introductions furum" so I can can introduce myself with our disrupting everybody's life? Thank you, and again, I am soooo sorry for introducing myself on the wrong thread.

I'll see your sarcasm and raise you. Every other forum user with a pair of eyes (that's 100%, give or take) has managed to do it. They don't even wait until they are not new until they notice it.

But, since you're enjoying The Da Vinci Code, we wouldn't expect you to have a good grasp of words like Members' Introductions :Area for new members to say hello and introduce themselves. ;)

Hello and welcome to the forum.:) I'm kinda new here, but if you're a book lover, you'll enjoy it here. You'll find lots of people who discuss The DaVinci Code, although I haven't read it yet but it's in my reading list.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I do apologize to the two of you for posting my introduction in the wrong place. (I think I struck a nerve with the failed writer in here, lol). I just started reading "The DaVinci Code" and I plan to share with all of you (nice ones that is) any new books that I am reading. I can't wait to share.

Thank you, Dogmatix. I do have a question though (sorry about all the questions, lol) but, where do we go to post reviews/information about books that we have read that we like and want to share with the group? I don't want to post in the wrong place. I have read many good books by "Non-famous"people, and I would love to share that info with you guys.

Do a search first to see if the author has been discussed and, if so, just add your review to that discussion. If you can't find anything in the search, just start a new thread in the appropriate section.
 
Hi Thema. I laughed pretty hard while reading your first thread and the lovely exchange between you and Stewart. You will do well here, young one :p
 
There is a search function you can use. Also the Forum is divided into categories like General Fiction, SciFi, Horror, Non Fiction(I think) and so on. You can browse within the catergories. We also have a book of the month section in which people can vote on a book to read and discuss. Take some time and look around you'll "fit in" in no time.
