I used to love the show, and still think Hugh Laurie as House is just brilliant, but there's been too little House and too much everybody else lately...

That's true. It's not supposed to be an ensemble.
However, my favorite episode this past season was the Cuddy-centric episode, "5 to 9."

I also loved that episode. Poor Cuddy, I had never realised how hard her life was until I saw that episode.

Well crap. Its one of the few shows I actually make a point of watching every week. I'll miss the curmudgeon. He's one of the best characters on TV.

Have you enjoyed the past few seasons? From what I've read/heard, this series hasn't been good since Season 4 or so.

It's still good. I like Hugh Laurie a lot. Just that the focus sort of shifted from medical to personal drama, which is too bad but still fun to watch.
