I forgot the title do you know it HELP

Well i read it a couple years ago n i forgot the name its about a boy and i think his sister well there went to a cabbin like house on a lake and on a story night they find a trunk in a plain room and they think nothing of it but when the storm is over in the morning the trunk is gone, but on the next stormy night the trunk is there again and the boy climbs in and shuts it and is like worped in a differnt world with a BIG BIG castle like mansion and its old with vines and all that and i cant member too much with out being wrong about the rest n i think at the end they brother sister n i think some other guy gets in a boat and leaves in a hurry like a row boat does any one know what this book is some fantasy book i think

oh my god i am sorry i dont know the name but that whole paragraph was really difficult to read and i wonder if you know what is a period a comma or a question mark becuase it would make your whole thing easier to read and my head wouldnt hurt so bad right now

Mmmm...how does one leave quickly like a row boat? I wasn't aware that row boats were in the habit of hurrying away.

Oh, and I can't help with the book.
