Winston Churchill had a view on this. He said; "Dogs look up to you. Cats look down on you. Give me a pig. A pig will look you in the eye and treat you as an equal."

Well, of course any pig looking Winston Churchill in the eye would consider him an equal. Probably wondering if he might be its long-lost brother.

I think cats and dogs are both good. Not those little cat-sized dogs, though, yap! yap! yap! They should all be eradicated.

I love most animals. Just about the only exception is the ones that have been inbred to the point of insanity. I think humans have mucked about too much with any number of purebreds (apologies to those breeders who have managed to be very careful, but you know not everyone is). This has led to problems.... So, my preferences are: mutts and strays.

Can't fathom why Freya doesn't like cats, but my mother agrees with her.

Absolutely agree on the shellfish poster. Give me shrimp... LOTS of shrimp.

Prefer the company of alot of animals to most humans. Prefer the company of machines to most humans too.
Humans, in general, are stupid, judgemental, selfish, superficial, arrogant, untrustworthy and disloyal. And that's their good points!

well i love animals. always have. from lizards to spiders, rabbits to bugs, dogs to snakes. cats to frogs. i love all.
ive had over 50 diffrent pets. most were sold onece i grew them to adult age. some died some stayed with me casue i couldnt let em go.
so heres a cat i think is cute.
