Great article and the writer is spot on about the guessers. Unfortunately, the guessers come out of the woodworks whenever something like this happens. And they always do much more harm than good.

The Blaze article makes it sound even more bizarre. A "city-theme park hybrid"? : Then again, the thought of Beck having people pay $50 for a ticket to enter his city where they can shop at mom & pop shops and buy locally made food makes me think the man is a bonafide genius.
