Has anyone noticed that Bellatrix Lastrange and Serious Black are related? Se also kills him. On the wall in Blacks house he says something about his family tree and it shows bellatrix

That's not a mistake, it's mentioned in the books that they're cousins.

In the beginning of Goblet of Fire it mentions that Harry found out Sirius was his godfather only 2 months earlier. In Prisoner of Azkaban he found out after overhearing the Minister of Magic talking about it when he snuck out to Hogsmeade before Christmas. That would make it 8 months since he found out, not 2. It was only 2 months since Sirius told Harry himself and asked him to live with him, but Harry had already know for a while.

In the last book, they claim Harry's invisibility cloak had never been compromised or seen through, but this statement is false because "Moody" detected Harry when he was wearing it in the fourth book.

I would also say most of the series from the fourth book or so are a mistake, but I am not so evil :-D
