Why do people play loud abrasive music in traffic? If someone is going to turn their music up in traffic, why not prefer something pleasent? like "the hills are alive with the sound of music?"

Yes, a neon tetra is a small fish with bright bars of blue/red color. I once bought a dozen and put them in my apartment mate's aquarium so I'd have a school of them. They all died though. Maybe Nemo ate them! Check out the pic:

Neons (and cardinals) are my favorite tetras. Cardinals tend to be hardier.
