Anyone read her Rachel Morgan series

I've never heard of the Rachel Morgan series. What are they about? Are they any good?

I've read the first two. Liked the first one, thought the second one was a bit scattered. Have the third one, but haven't read it yet. Have you read them all? Does it pick up a bit after no 2?

I adore this series. It's so much fun to read and the author really knows what she's doing! The first book I was unable to put down. I hear she is coming out with a new one this year.
