London

Ahhhhhh, said like a native Londoner. :D

Well, but thease days you are much more likely to hear another word in place of wanker. It's far too rude for me to type here but it starts with a c, it has four letters and describes a certain part of a women :D

Oh now Mr. Wabbit, I know, and you should know, that among certain elements, the word to which you refer as been part of the vernacular in parts of London for many, many years. And I don't refer to the archaic roots of that term, but the cruder modern-day usage. Certainly it was heard as far back as the late '60s and early '70s. Though I do notice a growing preference for it among a handful of members of the football-following crowd, but only a handful.
