Looking for a good Anthropological SF

I am looking for a good SF book with anthropologicla themes. Any ideas?

I am currently reading "Talus" by E. Ozan and liking it. I also like R. Sawyer's "Hominids".

Have you read Ursula Le Guin?

Start with The Dispossessed or The Left Hand of Darkness.

Neanderthal by somebody named Darden but cant recall first name
Adam by another guy named Popescu whose first name I also cannot recall
Ancient Shores which is also listed on a previous posting in this section.
I do not know if you would classify these all as SF but they are all good books about anthropological type stuff, in my opinion. As you can see, I am not good with names.

Wouldnt call it SF, maybe "prehistorical fiction", but for tons of anthropology, there is the Earth's Children series by Jean Auel, starting with Clan of the Cave Bear.
Understand she will have another volume out next year in this series.
