Looking for ....

...a book I read years ago. The title is "H.A.W.L" I've no idea who the author is.
The gist of the story is of a man whose wife and daughter were killed in a bomb blast and the man goes on the hunt for the people responsible. He murders them and cuts the letters HAWL into their bodies.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

I did a search at abebooks and came up with a paperback of HAWL written by James Peacock in '86. It didn't give a review so I don't know if they are one in the same. Hope that helps.
