Major Help Needed!!!

Have you checked with the library, if it is an assignment your school library will often have it.

unfortunately school is closed for the day, and theres no book stores open  i know im stupid and i deserve to fail, i've learned my lesson and if someone can help me out i will deffinately read the book after the test

I don't think anyone here is going to help. Obviously, you should have read the darn book. You didn't do that... fine. One bad grade is not going to kill you, you'll make it up later. If you're really that desperate call someone from school and see if they will help because it looks like no one here is going to. All you will get from hanging around here is a bunch of lectures on what you should have done (which you know by now) and more aggravated (which I presume you are). Google the book, see what comes up.

With as much time as you spent trying to dodge reading the book you could have just read the thing.

Go to your local library, they I'm sure will always do all they can to help you :)
Remember to try them 1st in the Future.

There are 620 reviews on amazon and googling stargirl & review brings back 71,000 results. If you can't find enough info there to blag your way through then you deserve all you get.

Sorry to hear you had a bad summer. If the reason you haven't read the book is because of family issues then your teacher should understand and give you some consideration. If he/she doesn't then take it up with your coordinator, counsellor or deputy principal. A letter from your mum or dad should help.

If one of the people on this forum just gives you the answers then you haven't learnt anything. That's called cheating and we're not about to encourage this.

You know. After reading this later on. I realized what I would have given you for advise. I would have told you to skip school, go to the bookstore and buy the book. Read it and take the makeup the next day. It is completely what I would have done. Does this make me a bad influence, or just an experienced slacker?

I actually did that back in fourth grade and spent all day reading a book I was supposed to read months before then, and then spent all night writing a book report on it. I learned a great lesson.

Lesson:

Why put off for tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow, and get a day out of school!

:D

Unlike me who had a tendency to read my entire syllabus during the first month or two, and now in university I read most of the syllabus before the semester's even started yet.

it's been a while since you posted this.. im actually kind of curious if you just read it yourself. =P i read the book when i was about 12 or 13. i remember that the actual messege or symbolism behind the book was good.
