I ordered an old paperback version from Ebay, it was $3 with shipping. I saw that they had a few copies available (1 signed hardcover) and some sellers ship worldwide if anyone's still looking.

I just found out that here they dont have it either!

So I voted for something else :) But I want The First Circle , too!
 
amazon.co.uk - seem to have it available from about 15 sellers ranging from £4 - £15 excl. shipping, which is about $300 USD at the current exchange rate for our US friends ;)
 
Amazon U.S. has copies on both paperback and hard cover - used, but I find their used-book service to be reliable. Price start at $1.49 plus shipping.
