Memorable Movie Quote Game

Here's my idea for a game (may have been done here before, I don't know):

Come up with a quote from a movie.
The person that correctly identifies the movie and the speaker of the line (the actor's name or the character's name), comes up with his/her own. The person that posed the quote gets to thumbs up or thumbs down the answer.
And so on.

We all know
"I cudda been a contenda"
and
"Frankly my dear, I just don't give a damn"
and also
"He made him an offer he couldn't refuse"

so leave those in the can.

I'll get the ball rolling - it's pretty well known - shouldn't be very much trouble.

So..am I supposed to wait until you tell me I'm right?

Well, you're right, of course!
Let me change the rule - since everyone has already changed it anyway.
If you post the answer, and you KNOW you are right, why wait for the confirmation? Just post the next quote.
BUT if you are WRONG and you post the next quote - you're in REAL TROUBLE! You lose 100 points of your GRAND TALLY IN THE SKY (and you don't want that - shudder).

Not sure if that is right, but I'll put up a quote:

You must be less devious than I. I've looked up half these quotes. Except, I haven't even seen the movie the last line was in, so will let somebody else answer.
