Just Google "free medical book downloads" or something of the sort, and I'm sure that you'll get plenty of hits

ok firstly im assuming your a student. so go talk to your lecturer. they will probably have some sites. if i am assuming wrong then your best bet is Google searching for "medical book downloads". If this doesnt help go to a university web site that does medical courses and see if you can contact a lecturer/post on their forums if they have any.

this of course all depends on the kinda level of book you want.
