I really need some help to find a great novel a read a few years ago but lost the book because of moving around a lot, but the problem is I can’t remember the Author or the title, but I do remember some of the basic storyline.
It is set in a house where a family stumble on a sealed room made of metal, they manage to open it and find a creature that lives on the pain and death of others first they start to harm themselves for the pleasure the creature gives them as a reward but it progresses because the creature isn’t satisfied so things start to get way out of control and has to be stopped
If anyone can help with some suggestions I would be very grateful,
