"New Posts" option

Whenever I click on "New Posts" I receive a blank page which says:

Sorry, there are no new threads to view.

You may search for threads updated during the previous 24 hours, here

Does this option work or are there really no new threads to view that have been posted on?
 
The New Posts' link works fine for me. Does it happen everytime you use it - how do you normally navigate the forums?
