Because according to family law, as my ex lives here I cannot move out until my youngest kid is 16 (hopefully, it could be 18) without asking for the judge's permission, even when the judge decided she only has to see her dad twice a year for 2 hours because she can't stand him.

I'd pay off the rest of my education...that way, we could really start saving up for a down payment on a house and a new car for my hubby (I think his is in its last stages).
