Ibruprofen is the generic name, but it's the same stuff if you're buying Motrin, Advil, generic, or whatever Ice said.

Excedrin is Aspirin and Tylenol (which also has many names) with caffeine. Excedrin Migrane is the same as regular Excedrin, just different package directions.

Have you tried acupuncture? I've had friends who've had good luck with it.
not fond of many needles in me.

sorry, lol yes ur right. sigh i think its cause i dont feel well, im not thinking right.

i just recalled, earlier in the months i think you were sick right? when did u get better? and how?

Unless the man-colds were just sniffles, and the flu was actually a man-cold? Or are the men in Holland tougher than British men :D

Hmmm. But you were on here posting. I've had flu. I certainly couldn't have sat upright or focussed on a computer screen for any length of time. I was delirious for most of the time in fact. I think Freya's right. Man-cold.

To get back to the original topic, I don't think we have any of the names you mention in the UK, apart from aspirin. I buy Co-codamol, which is paracetamol and a small amount of codeine. Works for me. Sorry to hear you're in pain, I know what that's like and you have my sympathy.

And you call me weak.

Cheers

If you ever get real flu Martin, you will probably disappear for 2 weeks then return with tales of how you were struck down with a life endangering disease and nearly perished.

You had a cold.

:)
