Perfection or what?

I would add to the thread, but I don't want to be seen as a cad.

Yes, those gals aren't too bad, but I also have a thing for Janeane Garofalo. Her fans even have their own forum dedicated to her. She might not be "perfect" but I have a thing for the moody, bookish type. The wife says that the day I leave her for Janeane, she's heading to Scotland to be with Sean Connery. :p :D

i don't think either thread is stupid. imo, when women do this, oogle and drool over hotties, it is funny and light hearted, but if men do it, it is offensive and inappropriate. we can't have it both ways. :) :)

That's because men and women all share the same fantasy: to be a lesbian.

I am a male lesbian trapped in a man's body!

There has to be a Jerry Springer show out there with our names on it, SirMyk! (you wouldn't happen to be a midget, would you?!?)(too much to hope for, I guess!)

True, true. But it does depend on the way in which the drooling occurs. The stereotype of women drooling is with them swooning or looking at his pecs or face. The stereotype of men drooling does often decend into more sexual allusions. It isn't too often that I hear a woman saying, "Man, I'd love to take *him* for a ride... etc, etc" (I'd go on, but it's way to explicit for this forum. You catch my drift). Basic drooling over what you find attractive is fine, but if it decends into sexual allusions, I may begin to have a few issues.

On a related topic, Jenn, do you realise that Canadian TV doesn't allow violence against women to be depicted? I'm not sure if this is across the board, but a good example is Pro wrestling (I know I'm going to get flamed for this admission, particularly when you look at my 'currently reading' book). The Canadian broadcast will show everything: leave in expletives that are bleeped out on the US broadcast (the US will even bleep out b**** and ar*e, despite the after 10pm showing), show any blood, show all the men getting beaten within an inch of their lives (whether real or fake). But if a women is hit or thrown by a man, it will not be shown. Women beating up men can, but not vice-versa. They will cut to a sudden ad break, or show the crowd cheering. Women can beat up women, but men can't. I find this very odd. The US broadcast will show it, however. Weird censorship.

Take a lesson from us Yankees. This is why our women listen better!

:D

I'm going to stick with "what" as my answer to this thread. Liv always carries that deer-in-headlights look. I bet--upon waking up next to her in the morning without make-up--she resembles Steven...

I'm going to go with "vacant" instead of deer-in-headlights". She always looks like she's confused about something. Which, knowing the gene pool, she probably is.

Yowza! Good job you put in the smiley there!! The US has bizarre censorship, though. They bleep out the smallest expletives and overhaul the entire live-broadcasting protocols because of the exposure of a small piece of female anatomy, and yet gratuitous violence and depiction of guns is pretty much a free-for-all. I'm sorry, which one of those will actually cause physical pain?

I say once again.... 'weird'!
