Interesting website there Mr. A.We have had some interesting legislation regarding "fetal pain" bills that have been passed in a few states. As I understand it, abortion would be banned at the point that a physician could determine that a fetus would be able to feel pain from the abortion process.

Well with regard to this debate it's best all round if a fetus is aborted early. In order to determine sex though, one has to be patient. The clinics advise that they can tell for sure at 18-20 weeks.
