There was an episode of The Shield where the cops investigated a case like this - including the "HOE" - in a very poor LA neighbourhood. When Vic Mackey asked the new boyfriend how he knew the woman's ex was responsible, he replied "Cause the motherfucker can't SPELL!"

Seeing this house and your comments reminds me of a similar incident in my neighborhood a few years ago. This was a very nice brick home, and every wall was painted with similar vile graffiti, only it was centered on the teenaged girl of the family. This girl was very popular at school, so police investigations started there, figuring someone had it in for her. Turns out, it was her step-dad. The guy who built and owned the house. He'd been molesting her and when she started dating guys her own age, he flipped out. That was a very sad deal all around.
