Yes I did. I was in the first grade and they came from Sheplars..My mom kept them and I was able to pass them down to my oldest four daughters before they fell apart.
Once, when I was 11. My great aunt and uncle lived on an island near Sarasota. He had a boat and a business taking folks out fishing. Wonderful day, even though we didn't catch anything.
hmm lol we have a bunch of practically minded folks in our midst. no library collections, no music - just food, shelter, n survival LOL
well now what would I take... shelter not so important cos with that Boy Scout I tucked in my back pocket a shelter and fire will be whipped up in no time, and probably a meal with it. So for my other 2 things I would want .... my other half and crate full of good books that can be reread over and over. B----- to being rescued LOL with food, shelter and food courtesy of the boy scout, my other half and a good book 'civilisation' can do without me for a while
