Random Question..Keep posting

Keep cool.

Do you have a disaster preparedness plan for yourself or family, for natural disasters like earthquake or flood, asteroid or zombie apocalypse?

no - what will be will be - just the two of us, and no fear of zombies!

if you heard a noise in the night you didn't recognize would you go or send your partner to investigate?

Wish to remove my last question "do you understand" and replace it with:

do you read non-fiction as often as fiction?

The only way to stop the aging process is to die, and I've still got stuff to do and grandbabies to meet and play with, soooo I guess I'll stick around as long as God lets me. Besides, my crochet queue is ever-expanding and I'd have to live as long as Methuselah to get through it...unless they'll let me crochet in heaven:innocent:

What part of growing old bugs you the most?
(I'm not too happy with these Rice Krispy knees, for starters)

The fact that break dancing makes me sore for a week. Also, the memory isn't what it used to be and it used to be fantastic.

Favorite toy as a child?

Huh. It's tough because I had so much I loved as a boy. Two things I couldn't/wouldn't live without, though, were my books and my Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars. I was obsessed with each. :D

Would you say your imagination is strong, average, or weak?

At least average; but I have my moments when I can come up with some good scenarios. I can scare myself to death, if I wanted to...I have a hard time with certain types of news stories because I can too easily imagine how I'd feel if that bad thing happened to anyone I cared about..

Which books were your favorites growing up?

Little House books(Banks of Plum Creek and The Long Winter, particularly), Childhood of Famous Americans series, Sonia Bleeker's Indian series, Indian Captive by Lois Lenski(read repeatedly), Andrew Lang's Fairy Tale series, also lots of Landmark biographies too.

What do you think your life would be like now if you had not been a reader?

Do you think 21 is a good age for legal drinking?

I guess, but some people are too immature at 40.

Is 18 a good age to be allowed to vote? I can remember when they had to be 21..

I don't think so, at least from the 18 year old kids I know. Most don't even tie their shoes. :D I think 25 for everything, myself.
