Between 40 and 60°F.

(I stay up late, until it's early, when I am on vacation. Work days I'm in bed by 10 PM)

I do love a good French press but I normally use a Nespresso machine.

I sub to mine, but most likely it was Chess Life.

Last thing you threw out but really didn't want to?

Free herbs. The plan was I would dehydrate a large bunch of basil and a smaller batch of parsley for a friend. The basil was already starting to curl before she cut it, and by the time I was able to get it in the dryer later that evening, a lot had turned black. I salvaged what I could, but it took forever to dry..lost some parsley too. Moral of story: smaller batches cut before cold weather arrives..
