Cell phone dampers in places like theaters and non-casual restaurants. Yea or Nay?
 
The phone since it can be taken nearly anywhere. I can't think that anyone would take a boombox to the theater.

Nay. What if there is an emergency? I just wish people would be more considerate and put their phone on vibrate out of courtesy.
