I'd have to say electricity because you can make electricity out of petrol.

If you had to choose only three books to read for the rest of your life, which three would you choose? (I was going to say only one, but that would be way too hard!)
 
The Iliad and the Odyssey (my version has both in one book, so I'm counting that as one), The Complete Works of Edgar Allen Poe(again all in one book) and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, same as the other two. That was hard!

I was about 7, had my 2 younger sisters in tow, we were looking for a bathroom while Dad was in the shoe repair shop. We circled the block, no crossing streets. When we hit the third side, I thought we had gone all 4 and Dad had left us. We were "lost" for about 10 minutes...Dad showed up and got us calmed down.

Bacon all day long. My father in law raises a pig here and there, and we usually reap the benefits after the slaughter. Some of the best bacon you can get.

You can travel back in time to any point you wish but only for 24 hours and you can only observe. When do you go and why?
 
To when I was able to play tennis non-stop for several hours - just to feel what it's like not to have sore knees!

Depends on what is being done with them.
