Reply editor gets a small makeover

The reply editor has been improved a bit with the addition of 2 shortcuts.

The strike-through is an [-]extremely fun[/-] highly useful tool. Just highlight the text to be crossed out and click the [-]ABC[/-] icon above.

Spoilers can be added in the same way. Highlight the text to be hidden and click on the ? icon. Your text will be covered over so that the casual reader can't read

To read the hidden text, simply highlight the blocked out section.
