My daughter is trying to remember the name of a story she read in elementary about a girl who was extremely shy and she was always ignored by her family so she decided to start living in the walls of her home. I hope someone out there recognizes this story. Thanks.

SUPER late reply, but wanted to confirm that the book is indeed The Woman In The Wall.

It was one of my favorite books when I was a kid, and I own a copy of it.
