Solved - Searching for suspense book i read years ago

Read a book some years back about a guy that gets in an accident and dies for so many minutes and then when he comes back to life he can start seeing through another man's eyes at certain times. The other guy is an evil killer... Think he was using an abandoned amusement park as his home base (The Evil Guy)

That sounds like a movie I saw called "Hideaway". Starred Jeff Goldblum. Pretty creepy movie, if I recall...
