Song titles!

LOL! Yeah, we've had some strange names for our registered dogs. Sir Charles Winchester, and Princess Lady Dianna (Charlie and Lacy) were about the most "normal" one's my folks came up with! :eek:

Ideally I'd like a song title to do with Lord of the rings (something to do with Elves would be great but I think i'm asking the impossible here) other than that just some good song titles would be appreciated (preferably masculine sounding).

Guns N' Roses *counts* 10 with the little dash thing 11... Yay less than 15! :p
 
Arg - I've just realised I can only have 14 (I spelt her Affix wrong :rolleyes: ) So I can't have Flight to the Ford either

Though it's looks like I'm going to a bit more time to choose one, as a couple of other people have chosen names that are too long and have to rethink what they want :D
 
Isn't Inca's registered name too long also, or were the rules not so uptight then?

Good names for dogs, by the way, Inca and Finn.

Ah no, sorry if I confused you. The KC allow registered names to be up to 24 characters long, but this includes their affix. Inca’s fine as she has an affix of 10 characters followed by her name, which is a further 12, so = 22.

The breeder we’re getting this one from also has an affix that is 10 characters, which gives us a maximum of 14 in the name we choose.

His registered name will be:

Blaiddeira [song title]

BTW thanks, I quite like the names too :D

Blaiddeira is the breeders affix so his name will be :

Blaiddeira followed by the song title I choose.

Is that what you meant? As I havn't chosen a name yet :confused:
 
I've been looking at my LOTR soundtrack trilogy and have found:

Evenstar
Minas Tirith
Cirith Ungol
Anduril

Hmm. All spectacularly inappropriate in my opinion! There were other short ones that were even worse, like The Grey Havens! Evenstar's not bad though, and it's elf-related. :)
