Tawni O'Dell

Wondering if anyone else has enjoyed Tawni O'Dell's books, Back Roads, Coal Run, and Sister Mine.

I found Back Roads the best and among my favorite books. It's a great character study and O'Dell has a sense of place like few writers do and most writers should. Coal Run less so, but still a good read. Sister Mine has some improbabilities that through me after the first two books. However, Sister Mine makes up for it with laughs and heartfelt sincerity.

Highly recommend all three.

I've only read Back Roads, and that was awhile back. I liked it, but remember being a bit creeped out by the brother/sister thing

Sofia, Yeah that was a bit creepy but O'Dell's plot was clever and things fit together very well, including the ending.
