i can cook, but i like baking more!! but back to the pirates, what are they doing with her wooden leg??

Arrrgh!!! I come up with a nice story and all i get is what do the pirates want with MJ!

If you must know, MJ was wearing a bandana, from which the pirates took to mean that she was their Prophesied One. Supposed to be in the ending, but you can't please everyone...

Maybe I should take this along to the Writer's Showcase and have it properly praised...

I dreamt about this last night - truly!. How about Gene Hackman as Alfred in The Corrections? Matthew Broderick as Chip and Tim Robbins as Gary? Can't think of who could play Enid and Denise.

Thinking Toby McGuire, maybe with Laura Linney as the ex-girlfriend.

No ideas yet for Enid and Denise, but thinking a Natalie Portman type for Denise's girlfriend. Denise would be physically strong and intense and private and somewhat rude. Maybe Janeanne Garafalo?

That could work, but maybe Toby's too depressed? I was thinking of Matthew Broderick because of his role in Election with Reese Witherspoon and thought how he did such an admirable job of falling apart.

Love Janeane Garafalo. Still thinking about Enid. Maybe Dina Merrill? - but she's a bit too classy. Meryl Streep could do it if they did a convincing makeup job to age her a bit more.
