I'm not sure how I meant it.

when you argue with someone you don't listen, you react. try to detach yourself from everything around you. enema does a pretty good job of that. observe yourself like you would observe him. an argument is a microcosm of violence. just by observing it, after you've abandoned all of your opinions, you can reveal a lot about yourself. it's a beautiful thing.
