And I'm also irritated that I accidentally made a double post. Whoops.
Hate it when that happens. You think the computer is slow or something, so you click "submit" again and then you're looking at a double whammy.
Last night, the family and I were driving on the interstate to visit relatives in Kansas. Our front driver side tire jus went to shreds....literally. We pulled over, got the spare to drop, and put the jack in place. The jack went up about two inches and then no more. It's one of those lame "spin" kind, not a pump jack. I was turning the crank with the crowbar, but the jack just couldn't take the weight of the truck. It took 30 minutes for a state trooper to arrive, who in turn, called us a wrecker who was another 45 minute for us. We arrived at 1 a.m. I was very irritated. Moral of the story-find one of those giant pump jacks and don't use those cheap, and worthless jacks!
