To start things off: Favorite books

Some of my favorite kids / YA books are the Emily series, by L.M. Montgomery - probably because I really wanted to be a writer when I grew up; The Blue Castle, by Montgomery; and The Ordinary Princess, by M.M. Kaye. I also love Diana Wynne Jones' books, and Mrs. Piggle Wiggle.
