A coworker of mine is into it in a big way. I drove up with him to D.C. once and had him play some for me and explain it. He went on and on about layers and stuff but I wasn't hearing it. I don't see the appeal. Oh well. To each his own.

I looked it up on youtube, and I'm leaning towards no, although it does sound kind of similar.....I may be wrong of course.

Yah.... that Silence remix is absolutely classic.
you'll probably like D-Fuse feat Jes Brieden - Living The Dream (Matthew Dekay remix)
The breakdown/build @ ~4:00 is one of my favorites out there...
