Sounds like something you'd expect to see being hawked in tiny booths at the mall.. where they flag you down and drag you in to show you why you'd be an idiot to drag yourself away without buying at least one copy. One more reason to avoid the mall..
 
I bet there's a match of self-perceived or fantasized personality to a character somewhere in all of noveldom that would make wonderful reading to the person involved. Give the computer its due. :D
 
If it's just a simple search/replace job then there's going to be a need for complete rewrites. Replace my name with, for example, Jane Eyre and we have the problem that I now have boobs and the whole novel would have to be rewritten as I would spend most of the pages just playing with them.
