What are women's favorite subjects?

Stewart, you said the only way I could make you angry was if I called you a friend of... er... I've forgotten.

But I reckon he was a good boy, Poppy. The avatar is his inner child coming out, the child he wanted to be had he not been such a goody-two(red)-shoes. Awww, bless him. ;)

To Zen and tartan skirt, babies don't do a thing for me either, although I've had three of my own........ I fell instantly in love with my babies, so don't think you'll always feel like you do.

i'm afraid the time to have babies has passed me by, and i feel no regrets at what might have been.. i've always put a lot of distance between me and those little things! lol... give me a sick computer tho, and i'll be as concerned as any mother could be with a sick baby.. :D

Boy, could I do with you in my house. Motherly concern for the sick computer would be such an asset. I didn't mean to imply that having children is essential, just that sometimes you can surprise yourself. :)

I don't want to scare or upset astralKnight or any other man on this forum, but as it turns out, women are individuals with many different thoughts and interest. I know, it sounds crazy, but there you have it! ;)

I have no interest in babies/children either. I don't particularly understand them or like them.

Fave things to talk about - games, gossip, food, books, news (except politics), movies, and TV. :D

Hair.
Makeup.
Clothes.
Shoes.

Ok, actually my friends and I talk about how much we loathe women's magazines and chick lit.

Oh yeah, and sex.

I heard these before. This could be true. lol :D

(There is not a smiley that laughs hystericaly or for sure I will use that one.)

you can't generalise about this! we are all different.

This why I ask. :p

You need to wait until they are a bit older. Then they can help about the house.

When they reach the age of 14 and 16 then you started to REALLY enjoy them, because they will talk back at you. But their talents will show at the age.

Babies are great when they are two years old. What do I know, I have no experience, Rumors.:D

Truer words were never uttered! I think the first mistake parents make is encouraging the littles to learn to talk. It all goes downhill from there:rolleyes:

Actually, each age has its pros and cons. The littles are fun cause they're cute and the others are because they're more interesting. The healthy ones start thinking for themselves at birth...

So it's not just me?

You really can't make the assumption that all females will enjoy the same things. I enjoy plenty of things some females dislike and I don't like things other females do. Shopping and clothes I hate (my mother, who doesn't really like shopping much herself, begs me to buy new clothes). Make up I don't wear. Babies, I'd rather junp off a bridge, thank you very much. But just because someone doesn't like very "feminine" things doesn't mean they like the more "male orientated" activites. For example, I hate football.

Don't get me started on a rant... :p

Oh honey chile, it is sooo not only you! Although I do enjoy shopping, but only if I can buy, no window shopping for me! :D

Hah...ROTLALOL! But as far as the age thing, I'm not interested in kids until they can talk back with intelligent conversation. I refuse to talk down to a child. I know when I was a child I didn't appreciate it one bit.

Yeah, I hate shopping too - unless it's shopping for books, of course!

I've certainly never come across so many women before who don't like shopping. Maybe we fall into one of two categories: we either like shopping or reading, but never both!?

My sister she did not start to talk until the age of 4. Because my mother never thought we would understand anything. Nor knowing this is how babies learn to speak.

So, we were very quiet kids. No words came out from us.

Sounds like a plan, is it not?:D
