What Do You Do When...

I once wiped miss ass with one of those mint parfumned tissus (by mistake, ok) and it sure did keep me awake, and going.


Just trying to help.
 
If I'm so drowsy I can't stay awake while reading something important I figure rest is more important. I won't remember what I read if I don't pay attention to such details. Just common sense.
 
Short attention span, huh?

Pop fish oil caps.

Seriously. Buy yourself a good brand of fish oil (Omega-3s with EPA/DHA) and be sure to level out the dosages so you get a good dose of EPA/DHA especially. Your brain is comprised of something like 60% fats. Especially fats from EPA/DHA that help your memory, reasoning and other cognitive processes.

I've been taking 12 1,000 mg caps a day for about a month now. Took a couple of weeks to recognize any effects, but I feel as though I concentrate a heck of a lot better now (oh, and my joints feel great, too).
