Any Richard Brautigan
Fear and loathing in las Vegas - Hunter S Thompson
Electric Kool aid acid test - Tom Wolfe

LOTR: 3 times, love it, although the trek up Mount Doom :(
WOT: twice, just to remember what happened.
Dune Series: 3 times, love it.

There are others but that will do for now

I'll re-read Game of Thrones when the next one comes out.

Others, I have waiting for me on the shelf, stuff I read 20 years ago.

SHIT I MUST BE GETTING OLD

Weaveworld, by Clive Barker. Everytime i read it i notice something new. it's a feast for your imagination.

it's about a race of "magical" ppl who, having been threatened by humans, wove themselves into a carpet hundreds of years ago. current day, the carpets guardian dies and her granddaughter must now take over, but she has no clue about any of it.

so worth the read!

has anyone read "A Lesson before dying" by Ernest Gaines?
it is worth reading infinite times

I read A Lesson Before Dying two years ago, and I loved it. It is very emotional. I'll have to give it a reread sometime. :D

Mine would be the Belgariad by David Eddings (yes, yes, I know it's more than one book). It was the first fantasy series I picked up, and I've been hooked on the genre since.

So many! But especially...
The Hobbit - 5 times
LOTR - 3 times (and I'm reading it now)
Wuthering Heights
A Study in Scarlet
Alice in Wonderland (and Through the Looking Glass)
The Narnia books
Swallows and Amazons
Emily of New Moon

I've read the Dark Tower Series by Stephen King multiple times. I try to reread them when a new book from the series comes out. Last one in September. I suppose I should reread them one last time.

Books I read often include "Nausea" (Jean-Paul Sartre), "On the Road" (Jack Kerouac), "A Tale of Two Cities" (Dickens) and "Cannery Row" (John Steinbeck). And I'm currently reading "Thomas the Tank Engine and the Squeak" about three times a day.

I have so many books I like, but here's some:
The Claidi Journals by Tanith Lee
Books by Tamora Pierce
Books by Meg Cabot
The Harry Potter series
The Artemis Fowl series
Tithe by Holly Black
Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine

I'm getting carried away.
Oh, I saw a few people mention Jane Erye. I'm currently reading it, and I love it too. It can get a bit depressing though...

Whenever I'm at a loss as to what to read next, I pick up Chuck Pahlanuiks Fighclub - its a really easy read and it kind of refreshes the mind.

Its not a challenging book in term of vocab and concepts, but it definately makes you think about your life and where its heading.

I always seems to have something new to get started on, but have gone back to
Lord of the Rings
The English Patient
The Officers Ward (a very short book, but unforgettable, - Marc Dugain)
