Howdy! New to this forum, but certainly not new to reading. I typically read mysteries - alternating between, cozies, thrillers and historical mysteries. But I also like to read historical fiction with the odd history book tossed in here and there.

Looking forward to hanging out here on the boards, getting recommendations for good books and just getting to know y'all.

Dude - cozies are typically mysteries with an amatuer sleuth, no sex and no gore. Mystery readers seem to either love them or hate them. I heard someone one describe them as the mystery readers equivalent to a sitcom. :lol:

A Fish Lady is someone who is totally lame at selecting usernames. At the first MB I ever visited regularly I had a purple fish as my avatar, so later I ended up with the name of fish lady. Told ya - lame
