LOL What a cool thing to see out your window! But I do think it might be wise to raise your bird feeders a tad :D
 
not doing too much today except feeling a bit meloncholoy (sp??).....feeling a bit like i am losing my best friend and there ain't a damn thing i can do about it. won't get into the gorey (again sp??) details about it, but i have this nagging feeling that any minute something is about to give....i am going to go stare at my bedroom ceiling now and wait for people to start checking in....

If leckert and I each picked opposing body parts to start massaging would that make things any better? hmmmmm......

believe you me, it would take way more than the likes of you two to scare her off. she had a late check out and had to clean a room.

on a topic that is about me, i had to put slippers on today it is that chilly.YYAYYAYAYYAYAYAYYAAY

Where I live the place is plastered with signs reminding us that "a fed bear is a dead bear" so I guess I'd better not encourage the little cutie-pie...

But he was so sweet! He didn't even hurt the bird feeder. He was just kind of holding it like a bowl and sipping from it. Bear slobber isthe only sign he left of himself. If I hadn't heard/seen him, I probably would have blamed the blue jays for being piggies.

Nothing much going on here today. Hubby finally went back to work after a two-week lay-off because of the hurricane. It sure is nice to get him out of my hair!!! So it is back to the daily grind of avoiding housework. :D :D

I have an Ebay question. My son really likes 2 documentary sets Blue Planet & Life of Mammals. I was thinking of getting them for him and started looking around and pricing them out, Ebay has them in several listings but they are all from China and well suspiciously cheap. The ad says they are Factory released and sealed, same content as US/UK versions just with Chinese writing on covers. Has anyone bought movies like this? Is there more I should know?
 
I never ordered anything from China, but when it comes to DVDs you should check whether they are compatible to your DVD player. Most European DVDs wont play on an US DVD player, for instance. Have a look at this page.

Hmm, that makes it even more fishy. I checked, the ad says they are region 1 DVDs, but then why were they released in China which is a different region? I'm guessing these are bootleg DVDs, it says factory released but not which factory. I'll probably have to look some more.
 
How about the feedback the sellers got? People would have complained if something weren't right with the DVDs.

That's a good point, they have about 870 sales with 97% positive feedback. I'll read some of the negative feedback and see what it says.
