Where Can I Find An Online Bible / Dead Sea Scrolls?

Ok I'm not religious, but have been wanting to read the bible or a translation of The Dead Sea Scrolls. I am into ancient history and think these would be interesting reads.

Does anyone know of a place where you can read them online?
 
Hey bromyaur,

Try this site for the Bible. It has an option where you can do a side by side comparison of both the modern Revised Standard and King James version. Personally, I prefer the King James version - for the beauty of the language.

Even if you're "not religious, it's useful to read the Bible because so much of western literature makes reference to, or quotes passages from the bible. Just my opinion :D

Can't help you with the Dead Sea Scrolls. Anyone else?
 
No, I can't help with that either but just wanted to echo that it "...is useful to read the Bible" because so much "literature makes reference to it". Especially the last year, I have become very aware of this although the literature doesn't necessarily say that it's from the Bible.
 
I've been wanting to read the Bible and the Koran as well, and I have them here at home, but I simply don't have the time right now. I googled around a bit and this is what I came up with for the Dead Sea Scrolls (sounds interesting enough, should add it to my list ;)), I didn't read through all of it, so you'll have to find out for yourself if there's something good in it...
