Which do you prefer; Thriller/Suspense or Bloody Gore Books??

Suspense. I like the not knowing, gore is just gross.

Gore for the love of gore is usually not very imaginative and does not build storyes by itself.

Modern literature is mostly about the narration of the resolution of conflics, and that is what keeps people engaged. Things happening and the desire to know what is going to happen next.

I prefer a clean thriller. I would probably be turned off by a gory story.

Gory suspense is okay, why would it have to be two different categories?
