I love reading and that is why I am here.I have also learned alot and have read alot of books that I would not otherwise have picked up on my own.In my area there is no Book Club so this was the alternative,as to peoples opinions,it's very easy to take something the wrong way, but I have not encountered (yet) a situation that would turn me off the forums.
Saying your opinion of a book is what a discussion forum is about and if someone agrees (or disagrees) then they do have a right to say so.It is also the manner that they say it in but here again you have a choice to analyse their opinion and then make up your own mind.
Some people have strong opinions about certain books/authors etc,that's when acceptance comes in from one member to another,or you can just ignore them.:lol:
I don't care personally what others think of my reading choices.

Moderators accept opinions but not insults.Being "abrassive" and "abrupt" in a response is just how some people are.You can ignore it or analyse it.
