That's what I was thinking.. simple sides so as to allow the MD to shine. Kung Pao Chicken is like that.. it really just needs a simple bread and salad to to go with..I've been known to serve carrot cake with it for dessert, just because we like it and I couldn't think of any great Asian dessert..
I may just...what sort of bread and sides would you suggest?

Unfortunately, veal is just as expensive in my area..IF you can find it at all..which is odd, considering I'm smack dab in the middle of Cattle Country! There is one large grocery chain I can check..specially closer to Easter.. they might have lamb then. And of course, I haven't thought to check various ethnic markets in the Big City....dang, I need to broaden my culinary horizons!!!
Well, it looks and sounds wonderful! Too bad lamb is so dreadfully expensive around here.

Please do Libra,i loved the one i read.I gave it to my father who also was very impressed with the writing.It is interesting to have another image of greece,the paradise betwin emerald sea and olive trees(and it is but not only)
